Job Description:
Work as helpdesk staff to ensure smooth operation of hardware and software of windows system, telephone system and network
Technical support to internal users on using the IT resources
Handle routine paper works and purchasing related operations
This position reports to the local IT manager.
Education Background required:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Skill Required:
Quick learner, good communication skills and team-work spirit
Good English reading & writing skills, basic speaking skills
Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment
Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
Basic understanding of Windows server
Familiar with windows system with certain level of trouble-shooting skills; good skills of Microsoft Office
