I. Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge Base Management
Lenovo Service department has developed a Knowledge Base platform to share solutions and important technical announcements with worldwide Authorized Service Partners. The Knowledge Base content is periodically updated and monitored in order to provide effective troubleshooting means to Lenovo engineers as well as a centralize source of technical knowledge for all employees.
1、Develop/ Update English Knowledge Base documentation.
2、Translate Chinese documentation into English.
3、Reproduce technical issues and create relevant attachments (screenshots) for Knowledge Base documents
4、Monitor Knowledge Base usage; collect inputs from World Wide customers and feedback to related teams regarding the performance and enhancement of the management system.
5、Compute and evaluate Knowledge base performance metrics.
Training design and delivery
Lenovo training team aims to provide high quality training materials covering Lenovo new products as well as the latest technology in the PC world. In order to do that, advanced software applications, deep understanding of the technology and high creativity are the main features of the team members.
1、Support Training team in the development of the training materials and the usage of related software tools.
2、Use creative skills to develop and enhance the layout techniques, illustrations and animations used in the training materials.
3、Work with a wide range of media
II. Requirements:
Qualifications
1、Bachelor or Master Degree in English or Engineering, preferably Computer Science, Electronics or Telecommunications.
2、Currently enrollment in the university, preferably in the last year of Degree or completing the Degree Thesis Work.
Language requirements
1、Fluency in Writing and Reading English.
2、Intermediate in Oral English
Competencies
1、Strong background in Computers and software applications;
2、Deep knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and software applications. Experience with graphic design and illustration software programs is a highly appreciated.
3、Ability to perform a broad range of activities
4、Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
5、Responds positively to feedback
