Internship Opportunity:
Project interns will be responsible for conducting field or telephone interviews with industry experts and value chain players to gather valuable market intelligence for project team; conducting basic analysis on market, industry and company; participating in lots of group discussions; assisting in preparing client presentations
Specific Qualifications:
 Strong communication skills in terms of conducting field or telephone interviews
 Proficiency in both English and Chinese
 Highly time dedication in August and September, 2009 (at least 4 days a week and may be flexible to work on weekends)
 Flexible to travel to rural areas
 Highly motivated people with outstanding academic credentials and a strong record of extracurricular activity and leadership
 Prior summer or part-time business experience in jobs requiring analytical or problem solving work is helpful, and an aptitude for numbers and analysis is important
 Resourcefulness, responsibility, tenacity, independence, energy, and self-confidence
 Be able to work effectively at all levels of an organization - with client team members, managers, and senior executives - strong interpersonal skills are a must
 Be able to demonstrate empathy and commitment to the clients they serve
