For those who want to work on leading-edge wireless technologies, this is the right intern opportunity they are looking for. By working with Agilent's industry-leading signal analysis instrument, you will have the opportunity to expand your personal experience in future careers and also contribute to expand the measurement capabilities of various of Agilent's spectrum analyzers, and to help our customers to facilitate their design, development, manufacturing, deployment and troubleshooting of their wireless systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with the R&D engineers to make some software development on the following aspect:
1) Spectrum analysis application development.
2) Spectrum analysis algorithem development.
3) Test tool development.
技能要求:
Required:
" Master student in EE/CS, related experience (or equivalent coursework) preferred.
" Experience in application development/testing on Windows platform
" Good knowledge in signal processing and wireless communications;
" Experience of instrument for wireless signal measurement and analysis
" Strong Windows programming skill, Experience programming in C#, .NET and Visual Studio development;
" Strong English skills in writing
" Strong learning ability
" Good team work spirit
" Be able to work with dedicated time (3-4 days or equvilanet) per week during the internship period
" Be able to ensure at least 6 months intern period of time
Preferred:
" Knowledge in signal processing and wireless communications;
" Experience HP/Agilent RF/Microwave instruments, such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators , etc.
" Experience of programming for instrument with SCPI commands

The successful candidate will work closely with the development engineers to perform test and validation tasks, including the development of test strategy, test plan and test cases. He/she will develop test codes and perform a variety of different tests. The major responsibilities will include:
Validation of IVI-COM driver functions for the current and next generation spectrum analyzers.
Validation of spectrum analysis application.
