1,HR Intern for Payroll Team
Responsibilities:
·Be responsible for HRMS, Payroll, eLeave and MUS data maintenance and upload
·Maintain the stock program related data in the HR systems.
·Regularly prepare the workforce statistics report to the related HR BPs.
·Support Contact Center team in the staff communication of C&B related guidelines and practices.
·Act as the interface towards 3rd party labor agencies and insurance company based on operational needs.
Required qualifications:
·Open-minded and self motivated
·Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
·Strong team spirit;
·Basic ability to adapt to change, strive for improvements and eager to learn new working processes, methods etc.
·Service-mindedness with internal customer focus.
·Excellent knowledge in the Mandarin and solid in English
·Proactive to share experience and knowledge with peers.
·Good computer competence
·At least 4 days per week for 6 month or above
·Bachelor and above degree
·Graduates of 2010 or 2011 ( 2011 prefered)
2, HR Intern for Recruitment Team
Responsibilities:
·Coordinate interview arrangement for recruiters and hiring managers
·Support team leader with vendor management;
·Support campus program;
·Maintain recruiting system;
·Maintain interview record.

·Basic ability to adapt to change, strive for improvements and eager to learn new working processes, methods etc.
