A temporary position assisting Business Development Manager to handle data related issues and paper work.



Typical Responsibility

Assist the Business Development Manager in formulating and reporting monthly sales figures, based on existing sales data in Business warehouse system.
Support to prepare general presentation materials,reports,etc.
Helps to organize business promotional activities
Support internal coordinating issues( literature,meeting organization, etc).




Requirements

Major in Ref.&HVAC（本实习生职位主要面向制冷低温及暖通空调专业的本科四年级学生）
Work on own initiative and well organised
Competent computer skills including Microsoft software
Good English level esp. at writing and reading
Good communication skill
6 months period part time work
