Dear all,

The Faculty of Economics at the University of Karlsruhe in Germany will agai
n be hosting the Seventh Annual Business Masters 2009 – an international ca
se study competition in which students from  leading universities around the
world compete.

We are most pleased to send an invitation to your students to participate in
this event.  Students are invited to apply in teams of three.  The team sho
uld submit the pre-case study found on the Business Masters webpage (www.bus
inessmasters.de) along with their resumes to be considered for participation
.

The application deadline is September 13, 2009.

The finals will take place in Karlsruhe, Germany on November 11-14, 2009.

The subject of the case study is “ECO CITY”.  However, business and techni
cal expertise are as necessary as innovation and creativity to cracking this
case.

The main corporate sponsors of the Business Masters 2009 are again Booz & Co
mpany and BASF. Expenses such as travel, accommodation and board will be cov
ered. Aside from the lectures and presentations, the sponsors are holding a
banquet for participants and there will also be time to visit the cities of
Karlsruhe and Frankfurt.
