职位描述:
GENERAL SUMMARY
The role Sales Account Manager is to help establish Iomega as a leader in storage devices addressing both the
B2C and the B2B T2 Channel segment.
The person will be specifically responsible to sell the product through the following T2 channels:
• Organised Resellers
• Traditional Retailers
• VARs
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and manage a base of new and existing T2 channel partners and ensure strong
revenue growth by maximising sales-through. Other responsibilities include -
• Market Intelligence, developing accounts, promotional plans
• Develop account plans for each account and action them.
• Measure effectiveness of Iomega’s marketing, draw conclusions and make recommendations to
management.
• Make recurrent visit to an agreed group of existing customers whilst developing new business.
• Train channel partners, ensure mindshare and influence positioning of Iomega products.
• Build a strong T2 reseller channel by leveraging on existing Iomega channel programs and maintain strong
customer relationship at both operational level as well as senior levels to ensure highest customer
satisfaction and exposure
• Increase the demand and interest of the customer by using the technical and support programs of Iomega
• Front ending all customer issues including technical and ensure resolution by engaging relevant
internal/external resources.
• Provide weekly reporting vs. plan .
• Work closely with other key account managers based in other regions to leverage synergy effects and
market coverage in a constructive team spirit
Experience required :
• In excess of two years channel sales experience dealing with IT Resellers and retailers.
• Strong prospecting, closing and account management skills
• Strong team player
• Good presentation skills both written and oral.
• Must be able to work in a fast moving, pressured environment
• Must enjoy the challenge of achieving goals
• Communication skills in English
• Bachelor degree
