土耳其工业部希望找一位中国能源专业的研究人员举行能源方面的学术讲座。
地点是：

会议地点：土耳其、加济安泰普、土耳其工业部会议厅
Airport : Turkish airlines Beijing-istanbul / istanbul-Gaziantep
机场：北京-伊斯坦布尔-加济安泰普
讲座的听众是土耳其的商界和学界的人士，大约500人，讲1个小时左右，用中文或者英文讲均可，因为都需要翻译成土耳其语。可以在土耳其呆5天，由土耳其方面安排观光旅游。此次讲座的费用，包括机票、住宿、旅游等等，均由土耳其方面支付。同行的有中方陪同人员。
