Adobe Intern Open Position: Quality Engineering Developer - InDesign
Job Summary: It is about quality engineering for Adobe InDesign (Details at
http://www.adobe.com/products/indesign/family/ ). You will get opportunity to explore Adobe publishing technology and solutions through working for Adobe core products. Your job responsibilities will cover:
• Take hands-on job covering different facets of testing such as Functional, Performance, Security, Load/Stress as well as bug fixing to test tools etc.
• Develop technical and architectural specification for test harnesses or tools; implement tools and/or test automation and build test frameworks to further quality of the product.
• Produce defect reports that rigorously quantify the problem to a high degree of reproducibility.
• Participate in root cause analysis for defects and provides process improvement suggestions to eliminate future occurrences of similar defects.
• Expand product knowledge from both end-user and design architecture perspective then applies learning’s to owned functional areas.
• Confidently communicate and collaborates with team members on technical issues.
Requirement on Education/Experience/Skills
• 1st or 2nd year graduate student (master candidate) majoring in computer science or software engineering. (must have)
• Programming skills related to web technologies or C++. (must have)
• Be highly responsible and proactive. Be passionate in Adobe software and pursue high performance skills consistently. (must have)
• Adequate experience of Adobe software like Flash, Photoshop as enthusiastic end users. (highly desired)
• Strong communication skills as team player (must have)
• Good technical English skills and capable for basic verbal English communication. CET-6 or above is preferred. (must have)
Working Hours:
• The candidate could start from now and continuously work more than 6 months.
• The candidate needs to work for Adobe at least four weekdays one week.
• Working hours: 9am – 6pm
