Job Responsibilities:
・ Maintain recruiting channels, coordinate with recruiting vendors.
・ Post job descriptions.
・ Source candidates through cold calls; search on the internet as well as in the existing applicant tracking system.
・ Arrange and conduct interviews
・ Review resumes to ensure all required skills are identified,maintain accurate records.
・ Other assigned tasks
・ Recruitment analysis report input
・ Maintain the recruitment profile documentations
Job Requirements:
・ Senior student in college major in HR, Psychology, Social Studies or a related field.
・ Good team player.
・ Proactive, result-driven and customer-oriented
・ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
・ Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
