Position 1: Lead Software Engineer

Essential Responsibilities:
* Evaluate technical proposal and find out solution
* Work with global teams on technical tasks including consulting, discussion, review, progress tracking and issue fixing etc
* Actively contribute to the overall software development process to improve the quality and efficiency, includes: Project planning
* Requirement defining and clarification
* Documentation (draft and reviews)
* Design discussion with team members

Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years post graduate software engineering working on real time embeddd software development projects developing software in C and C++

Position 2: Lead Electronics Engineer

* Analyze the customer needs, flow down and document design specs/validation plans
* Organize & actively involved in technical reviews, complete design under a quality management system
* Design circuit boards for new products in subsea drilling and production systems in the Oil & Gas industry
* Make creative/alternative designs for existing products
* Improve performance, quality and cost while ensuring the safety/EMC/reliability requirements
* Support PWA boards qualification in fabrication and support quality issues in field use

* Bachelor degree with solid achievement in following area:
* Altium proficient

Work in a global and multi-disciplinary team, developing large electric drive systems product for diverse and emerging Oil & Gas applications.
You will be responsible for:
* FPGA firmware product code development, debug, release and maintenance for motor drive systems
* Control software product code development, debug, release and maintenance for motor drive systems
* Integration of control firmware, software, algorithm with power stage for drive systems product
* Electronics, firmware and software design for power electronics communication and sensor interfaces
* Control algorithm for advanced drive system product, such as advanced modulation, motor drive control, integrated power system/motor/drive control
Requirements:
* Master degree or above in Embedded Control/Real-time Control Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering;
* Strong expertise and solid experience in FPGA firmware development and debug
* Familiar with development environment and tools for FPGA, such as for Xilinx or Altera
* Strong expertise and solid experience in real-time embedded control software development and debug with C++, Mablab/Simulink/RT-LAB
* Strong experience in software and firmware product code validation and version control
* Strong experience in modeling and simulation of power electronics, electric machines and power systems
* Strong expertise in modern power converter modulation and control
* Strong expertise in control methods for synchronous, induction, PM motors
* Experience with hardware-in-the-loop simulation
