Duration of internship: 6 months (full-time)

Job Description:
(1)Assist the supervisor in the following tasks related to corporate event management
-Identify event;
-Communicate with vendors, e.g. venue owners/agencies/service providers, etc;
-Prepare checklists;
-Coordinate with departments and involved in events;
-Implement and execute event process, or provide on-site support;
-Make evaluation of and write reports on events;
-Guest management during big events.
(2)Administration and Accounting
-Deal with internal procedure on administration, purchasing, and payment, etc.
-Collect agency/service provider information;
-Maintain department data base.
Qualification Requirement:
-University students;
-Good English skills in spoken and written;
-Good organization and communication skills;
-Creative & conceptual thinking;
-Good computer skill;
-Reliable and accurate.
