Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

Basic knowledge/experiences on J2EE application server products (WAS is preferred) .
Advanced understanding and hands on programming experience in Java.
Basic skills on Database operation, and familiar with Windows/Unix/Linux operating system.
Proactive, self-motivated team player with great communication, ownership and teamwork spirit.
Experience on VMWare.(Optional)
