1. Position : SQA Intern
Responsibilities
• Design and execute testing plans for inventor applications.
• Develop, execute and triage test automations based on test designs and overall QA strategy.
• Analyze, debug, and report software defects
• Manually test Autodesk Inventor applications emulating customer workflows
• Develop and maintain QA tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience of using CAD/CAM/CAE applications, such as Catia, I-DEAS, ProEngineer, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, etc.
• Familiarity and understanding of Mechanical Design, Quality Assurance, and Software Development processes
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to work in a highly collaborative, multi-country/time zone environment.
2. Position: SWD Intern
Responsibilities:
• Design and implementation of features and sub-systems within Autodesk team.
• Writing technical design documents, developing estimates for tasks, documenting code according to the prevalent style
• Research and prototype new technology which is valuable to the project.
• Work with cross-functional product team including Product Design, Product Marketing and QA
• Participate in Design and Code reviews to ensure that our design and code meets high standards
Requirements:
• Excellent problem solving skills: you have a “never give up” attitude.
• Experience with 2D and 3D computer graphics.
• Ability to quickly research and understand large systems. You are just as happy learning new technologies and creating new architectures as you are fixing bugs and writing documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Optional Desired Attributes:
• Excellent knowledge of N-Tier Web Application Architecture & Development.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max.
3. Position: Test Developer Intern
Responsibilities:
• Executes test plans to find defects in product or features of products. Logs defects in system for tracking and reporting.
• Participates in feature team meetings throughout the product development life cycle.
• Estimates, plans, schedules and coordinates software testing tasks for themselves and others.
• Writes code to run automated tests and deliver results.
• May conduct API testing to ensure sound interface for third party developers.
Requirements:
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent problem solving skills: you have a “never give up” attitude.
• Experience with 2D and 3D computer graphics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, debugging and analysis skills.
• Ability to write clear and detailed bug reports.
• Optional
• Excellent knowledge of N-Tier Web Application Architecture & Development.
• Experience with 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit.
4. Position : Content Engineer Intern
Responsibilities
• According to content specification, refers to documents and drawing, build parts or assembly based on CAD system and publish them into library
• According to the product requirement, build prototype model for application test.
• Content Creation, maintenance, and test according to product specifications.
• Work as an integral member of a high performance team making an important individual contribution.
• Estimate effort and schedule for projects undertaken and complete them on time, adhering to pre-determined specification and quality standards.
• Work closely with QA in functional testing and problem resolution.
Requirements
• A bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical and manufacturing engineering(including architecture and Civil).
• Proficient at English documents reading.
• Experienced in modeling or drafting on CAD application.
5. Worldwide Localization Test Development intern
Responsibilities
• Manual and Automation Testing of the next version of our 2D drawing / 3D modeling software (AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, Inventor, Vault and Product Stream).
• Developing and running automation scripts in order to test products translated into multi-languages
• Write effective test plan, test design and test cases
• Come up with initiatives for new effectives testing methods
• Provide feedback on the process and suggest improvements
• Investigate new tools and present them to the team
Requirements
• Mechanical, Electrical or Architecture Engineering student.
• Very good Japanese and Korean capability
• High Motivation and a self starter
• Willing to learn and take on responsibilities
• Flexible - ready to work on different tasks
• Very good communication skills, clear, precise and structured
• Well organized
