Position Summary
The position holder is a member of APAC HR team. Work with the HR team to assist in both admin and project related tasks.
Recruitment.
Familiar with the job requirement and prepare job posting internally and externally
Screen the CVs and deliver first face to face/telephone interview of the candidates
Communicate effectively with line manager, external recruitment vendors and candidates
Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with line manager and HR manager
Generate the Offer Package, dispatch and track the offer documents and acceptance
Maintain and update all related recruitment data like CVs and JD in shared drive
Recruitment status reporting
Employee interface & communications
maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
Support induction and New Employee Orientation
Information analysis upon request
Maintain and update all related information and documents in shared drive.
Requirements
Education
BS Degree
Experience and skills
6+ months Internship experience in MNCs
Good communication skill, both in English and Mandarin, written and spoken
Accountability
Possess strong administrative skills
Independence
Service Minded (open, warm, people oriented)
Clear Communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced working environment
Resourceful, perceptive, proactive with good initiative
Specific Competence
Understanding of recruitment processes
