公司将拿出半个月的时间来针对下面的岗位进行全方面、系统的培训，培训结束
经考核通过后，将被分到各个项目组：
1： php & linux engineer
* BS in computer science (or equivalent) from top program
* Solid experience with PHP/MySQL
* Be familiar with the linux system environment
* Proven skills handling extremely high-traffic, data intensive applications
* Comfort with runtime complexity, caching and load balancing issues
* Personality to handle responsibility, collaborate and excel in small team environment
* Experience developing social networking apps and a love of gaming (a plus)

2： flash engineer
* People who are passionate about building viral, engaging web applications
* People who enjoy experimenting with the latest web technologies
* People who obsess about delivering the best user experience possible
* Expertise in Flash Development: Actionscript 3.0, CPU/Memory optimization, JavaScript/Flash bridging
* Solid OO skills with ability to write fast, elegant, clean codes
* Strong experience building data driven, complex, high-transaction internet applications
* B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* Flex experience (a plus)
* Game development experience (a plus)

3： User Experience Associate
* B.A./B.S. from a top-tier institution and record of academic success
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
* Willingness to tackle projects and work across teams
* Solid understanding of social networking
* Interest in web 2.0 applications (especially games!)
* Readiness to take initiative and assume new responsibilities every day
4： UI Designer
* At least 2 years design experience with complex web applications and or games
* B.S. in Fine Arts w/emphasis on Graphic Design (or equivalent work experience)
* You have solid HTML/CSS/AJAX chops to implement your vision
* Advanced design/creative skills in website UI design and aesthetic layouts
* Ability to translate verbal or written concepts into visually stunning layouts
* You are militant about usability and the user experience
* Proven understanding of the tools necessary to complete the design of various creative projects including Photoshop and flash , and HTML editing
