Internship opportunity at Speech group, Microsoft Research Asia
We have two open positions of internship at Speech Group, Microsoft Research
Asia (MSRA). If you are qualified and interested in this opportunity, please

Position 1: Speaker segmentation and clustering for speech recognition
Objective: Advance state-of-the-art speaker segmentation/clustering
technologies for diarization and speaker-adaptative recognition and implement
algorithms under application context and constraints
Requirement:
1. strong background on audio signal processing and speech analysis
2. strong experience on machine learning and pattern recognition
3. good coding skills in C++
4. good team work and responsible to supervision
Position 2: Phone-call transcription agent
Objective: Implementation of a speech-recognition based phone-call
transcription software agent
Requirement:
1. good coding skills in C#/.Net, experience with Win32, COM, or HPC
a plus.
2. ability to quickly learn new APIs
3. good team work and responsible to supervision
