Software Intern, works with Solaris USB team on USB projects.

o Major in EE or CS
o Participate in project design and implementation
o Assist in project planning and tracking
o Have good understanding of engineering principles and software development methodologies with focus on delivering quality products
o Ability to understand and learn new knowledge.

Technical skills required:
- Unix or Linux kernel
- Strong C programming skills
- assembly language
- kernel debugging tools
- core dump analysis

Preferred technical skills:
- Solaris familiarity
- Good understanding of SPARC and x86
- PCIE/PCI, USB

Other skills:
- Highly developed teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Good communication skills, Fluency in English
- Self motivated
