招聘实习生岗位及要求：

Position: Order Process Specialist
Attendance: at least 3 working days /week
Location: Beijing
Expected on board date: ASAP


Responsibility:
-Take care of customer orders with high quality and efficiency
-Answer the customer inquires about stock, delivery time and order status
-Satisfy the customer’s needs with skills, based on the understanding of commercial policies and operations process
-Take care of return goods from customers
-Deal with special cases request from customers

Requirement:
1. Customer Attitude;
2. Majoring in Automation or Electrical Engineering;
3. With Customer Service experience is preferred;
3. Good command of English;
4. Self-motivated and quick leaner
