Recruiting for software tester

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Solid understanding both of software development and testing.
2. Solid knowledge of testing approaches and techniques.
3. Ability to analyze and design test cases.
4. Ability to diagnose where failures arise in product.
5. Problem solving skills.
6. Basic skill in c/c++ and DotNet C# programming.
7. Initiative and resourcefulness.
8. Good oral and written communication skills.
9. Good presentation skills.
10. Team player.
