Qualifications
Prospective candidates will be interviewed on company premises, and are expected to meet or exceed the qualifications listed below.

    Graduate students currently enrolled at top-tier universities in Beijing, who will graduate in 2011 or 2012 and have demonstrated outstanding academic performance.
    To be considered, the candidate must have advanced education in finance, computer science, engineering, or other quantitative/scientific field.
    Ability to independently apply knowledge in statistics and quantitative training to solve business problems.
    Proficiency in Excel/VBA required. Relevant experience in C++, C#, or other object-oriented programming language strongly preferred.
    Must be a self-starter and a quick learner.
    Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
    Must have outstanding analytic and communication skills.
