Job/Task Description 1 Analysis of the department’s workflow and
reporting requirements from “Quote to Cash”. This will entail
establishing a solid understanding of the lifecycle of a
Professional Services engagement from scoping, to quoting, delivery
management and financial reporting. At each stage data is required
to maintain a contextual view of the business. Current data
management occurs across multiple systems that are not correlated.
Job/Task Description 2 Implement main SharePoint repository for
consulting engagement data
Job/Task Description 3 Implement SharePoint workflow that automates
day to day engagement processes
Job/Task Description 4 Implement reporting for various stakeholders
Job/Task Description 5 Implement automatic links between SharePoint
workflow to automatically populate variables in word documents.

and salesforce.com

Other Conditions:Intern will be engaged as a contractor on behalf
of AIESEC Australia Ltd. AIESEC Australia Ltd will engage the
intern as an employee and accept all payroll, contracts and
employer obligations. Intern will work at the Symantec premises as
a normal intern. Symantec agrees to engage the intern for the
length of time stipulated. If however, there are changes to
operational requirements, Symantec may vary the length of
engagement subject to the agreement between Symantec and AIESEC
Australia Ltd. AIESEC Australia will only engage the intern as an
employee insofar as the intern is engaged as a contractor by
Symantec.
Measurable results expected from the intern The measurable goals
will be developed with the intern at the beginning of the work
period but will be based on the development outputs from the above
tasks.
Key learning points that the intern might obtain during the
internship Working in a fast moving, very commercially focussed
consulting organisation. Real world experience integrating
disparate back end systems to provide work flow control and
management reporting for business use
Preparation required from the intern before arrival It is critical
that the candidate is familiar with Microsoft Sharepoint and
Sharepoint Designer.
