Job Description: Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are exempt non-technical in nature. the EC intern is expected to:
- Manage communication channels and implement communication guidelines and processes;
- Execute communication strategies and employee engagement programs;
- Write and publish articles on Intel business, programs and events;
You should preferably possess a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications. Additional qualifications include:
- Outstanding writing and verbal English skills
- Chinese translation skills
- Ability to see the big picture, build client relationships, manage projects, influence partners, contribute to innovative strategic thinking, and implement new ideas
- Ability to execute problem solving strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to balance multiple points-of-view and directions from various stakeholders effectively
- Strong project management skills and ability to be self driven, especially when dealing with difficult or ambiguous situations
- Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of management
