    * Strong curiosity to fresh ideas + quick learning skills
    * Accessible communication skills
    * Reliable UI design work and experience, like icons design, layout design and other graphic UI effects
    * Strong design software skills, like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash...
    * Excellent aesthetic design sense
    * Be motivated to work with team
    * 3+ days available every week (preferred)
    * Good English verbal and written skills (preferred)
