IBM Systems Director Active Energy Manager (AEM)是 IBM Systems Director 的高级组件，是IBM绿色计算，绿色IT的基石性软件。AEM 可以监控，管理，优化数据中心内的各台IT设备的能源使用情况，可以基于高度动态的云计算环境提供能源优化的工作负载调度和管理，可以基于无线传感器网络监控和管理数据中心的环境温度，湿度，气压，气流等。

#1 应聘开发职位实习生技能要求：
- Strong programming skills in Java, familiar with eclipse and Java plugin development (required)
- Familiar with virtualization software like Xen, VMWare is a big plus
- Familiar with Linux/UNIX system, shell script programming is a big plus
- Familiar with software development and software development process.
- Strong communication and team work skills
- Quick learner, Self-motivated, and good flexibility is a big plus
- Good English skills
Additional Requests:
The position is open for the graduate school students who will graduate in 2011. The interns will be responsible for developing a challenging product. This is a very good opportunity but please make sure you could work with us at least 4 days per week, full time is better, and could work for 1 year.
