Ericsson OAM/EMS Software Design Intern
Description
As one of OAM/EMS software development team intern, you will learn how to develop or modify IP EMS products to meet the customer's requirements as well as fulfill the business requirements on cost, time and quality.
· Java code per design specification w/ mentor’s support
· Unit, component test in Java environment per test plan
· Learn how to interface with other members for any technical issues
· Be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and be flexible
Qualifications
· Master in Computer Science or EE
· Significant software development experience using Java programming language in object oriented programming, familiar with Junit to do automatic testing;
· Desire experience with effective development testing models;
· Desire experience with CORBA, SNMP, SOAP, NETCONF based network management models
· Experience in database software development, Oracle database development experience is preferred
· Well-versed in UNIX (Linux) development environment and experience with software development tools – source code management, debuggers, profilers, build and scripting tools
· Strong software programming skills and demonstrated software debugging skills
· Good team player and able to work in an extremely fast pace and high pressure environment
· Open and good at communication, actively provide good suggestions for technical and non-technical issues
· Fluent English in written and oral communications
