工作描述:                                                                                                                                                          
Develop and maintain the automation framework/tools used for WebSphere products functional/performance testing. It's a challenging work as many technologies involved.
                                                                                                                                                                      
要求:                                                                                                                                                          
1. Excellent communication and cooperation capability.                                                                                                                
2. Good Java coding/debugging skill, at least 2 years' Java development                                                                                              
experience.                                                                                                                                                          
3. Good J2EE skills.(Servlet, JSP, struts, JS, DoJo, etc.)                                                                                                            
4. Good Database skills. (Oracle, DB2, Derby, etc.)                                                                                                                  
5. Junit/Ant skills is a strong plus.                                                                                                                                
6. Linux/Shell skill is a plus.                                                                                                                                      
7. Knowledge of WebSphere products is a plus.                                                                                                                        
8.
