Vestas is a pioneer in the Chinese wind energy market. We kicked off the wind energy industry in China by installing the first wind turbines in 1986 in the Hainan and Shandong Provinces. Since then, the wind energy sector has developed very quickly and China is now one of the most important wind energy markets in the world, and is still growing at a very high rate.
HR Intern (Beijing)
Purpose:
*To support talent acquisition center on recruitment and employer branding activities
*Responsible for managing administrative and supportive work for recruitment team
Main Responsibilities:
*Collect applicants’ resume from different channels. Classify the resumes and screen for recruiter to do the first interview.
*Collect recruitment data and help recruitment manager do analysis and report
*Arrange interview and notice the relevant parties
*Recruitment document filing such as resume, interview reports…etc.
*Facilitate administrative work in recruitment process and ensure the process go through smoothly
*Post job advertisement on internal and external job boards
*Support employer branding activities and events
KPI:
*Timely resume classification, screen and job advertisement posting
*Arrange the interview on time
*Data accuracy of report and document filing
Main Challenges:
*This position responsible for many details work with lots of documents and data. Timely and correctly handle these large volume information requires the candidate logical and well organized.
*The position will have many interfaces both internally and externally. Proactive, flexible and skillful communication is essential to do this job well.
Key Interfaces:
*Internal: Recruiting Manager, Graduate, Hiring Manager, P&C business partner
*External: Candidates, HR Vendor
Requirements:
* Must be a full time enrolled student in University and not graduate.
* Bachelor degree or above, preferred in human resource.
* Fluent English both oral and written (Band 6)
* Working/Intern experience in multinational company. HR intern experience is preferred
* Experience on handle large volume of data
* Proactive and initiative
* Well organized, accurate and logical
* Very good communication skill and interpersonal skill
* Work 5 days per week and at least can work 6 months
