Position: Intern
Job Profile:
•Plays a critical role in middle to large scale client project delivery;
•Be able to articulate various human resources solutions and best practices to clients;
•Be able to identify client needs and provide consultation around solution mix;
•Transfers knowledge and skills to clients and establish excellent client relationships.

Qualification:
•Post-graduate degree, MBA preferred;
•Can guarantee 4 work days per work
•High proficiency in English writing and speaking;
•In-depth content knowledge about human resources management;
•Has a good understanding of the business operations and HR practices in MNCs and Chinese companies;
•Excellent analytical skills and communication skills;
•Customer oriented
•Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties.
