Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interview arrangement for recruiters and hiring managers
• Support team leader with vendor management;
• Support campus program;
• Maintain recruiting system;
• Maintain interview record.
Required qualifications:
• Open-minded and self motivated
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
• Strong team spirit;
• Basic ability to adapt to change, strive for improvements and eager to learn new working processes, methods etc.
• Service-mindedness with internal customer focus.
• Excellent knowledge in the Mandarin and solid in English
• Proactive to share experience and knowledge with peers.
• Good computer competence
• 5 days per week for 6 month or above
• Bachelor and above degree
• Graduates of 2010 or 2011 ( 2011 prefered)
