-    Work as helpdesk staff to ensure smooth operation of hardware and software of windows system, telephone system and network
-    Technical support to internal users on using the IT resources
-    Handle routine paper works and purchasing related operations

Education Background required:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Skill Required:
-    Quick learner, good communication skills and team-work spirit
-    Good English reading & writing skills, basic speaking skills
-    Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment
-    Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
-    Basic understanding of Windows server
-    Familiar with windows system with certain level of trouble-shooting skills; good skills of Microsoft Office
