Team/Project Introduction:
We are a development team running emerging project, which has cloud computing(hadoop),Business Process Management(BPM),Enterprise Content Manager(ECM). Our solutions use FileNet BPM (workflow), ECM, Cognos, SPSS and hadoop. We work together with big China customers and IBM Almaden Research.

Job Description:
- Design and implement Knowledge Management system based on IBM FileNet BPM and Content Manager.
- Enalbe big China customers in banking, insurance and telecom industries.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor or Master in CS or other related majors.
2) Programming skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in Flex development
- Strong Java programming skill
- Strong knowledge and experience in Database & J2EE is a big plus

Plus:
- Knowledge in Spring, Hibernate is a plus

3) Others:
- 4-5 days available per week, at least 5 months (Must)
- Good teamwork, fast learning
- Excellent written/spoken English
