Octagon， the global sports and entertainment marketing company is hiring interns in Beijing now.
Intern in Sports Events Team (Event Registration)
Responsibilities and Duties
- On-line registration check and data collection under supervisor s direction;
- Monitor on sports BBS， publish and update event news on selected websites;
- Translation of documents including plans， reports， newsletters etc.;
- Assist in day-to-day communication with on-line registration;
- Research according to request;
- Daily coordination and assistance on event management.
Minimum work commitment:
- March to May 30
- 4 days per week from Mar to May
- Fulltime from May 3 9
Required Qualifications:
- Degree/ Major
Junior or above
Major in marketing or management is a plus
- Knowledge
Knowledge of marketing communication
Knowledge of event organization
Knowledge of sports
- Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft office (including Word， Excel， PowerPoint)
Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Chinese and English
Experience as a member or leader in Students Union or Association will be plus
- Personality
Proactive， passionate and strong sense of responsibility
Passionate in sports
Interest in marketing
