具体要求如下：
UI Designer
1. Familiar with Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash
2. Familiar with div, javascript and html
3. At least one year working experience in web design


Flash Developer
1. Familiar with Actionscript and Javascript
2. Knowledge with 3D and Papervision is a plus
3. Good collaboration and communication skill

其他:
a. 一周最少4天工作时间，能全职者优先;
b. 有论文写作经验,特别是有论文曾发表在高水平刊物或者会议上者优先;
c. 导师反对或时间精力不充裕者恕不考虑.
