Requirement：

1 Knowledge of algorithm development for wireless tranceivers – in specific for  DDC/DUC , digital filtering, PAR reduction and/or linearization for base station systems
2 Good skills with MatLab - experience of using SimuLink, System Generator and other equivalent "code generation" tools is mandatory  
3 Good skills of practical FGPA design, implementation and testing is mandatory
4 Knowledge of linearized PA concepts, design and testing is a plus
