项目组属于DB2数据库组.

实习时间: 从3月底开始. 要求每周至少固定4天能上班, 至少8个月.


Responsibility:
1. Design and development of web-based application tools using Java/Ant/Shell
2. Performance test
3. Performance problem analysis and tuning.
4. Passionate to software development. An independent, assertive, self-motivated, creative, dynamic, and flexible approach is required, whilst offering and open to new ideas.
5. Design and development of java-based tooling for solution testing


Qualification:
1. Graduate student, major in Computer Science or related.
2. Proficiency in Java programming language, experience in Rational/Eclipse/Shell development.
3. Good knowledge on WebSphere and DB2.
3. Knowledge in javascript and Linux/Unix.
4. Good understanding and plenty of basic knowledge about SQL.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
6. Plenty of self-governed time.
7. Good team work and high responsibility, demonstrated ability to make summarization and conclusion.
8. Big plus:
-- a. Good knowledge of Software Performance
-- b. Experience in Web based applications and WebSphere admin/application ;
