Internship Duration 实习期
6-12 months (subject to the issuance of the visa by the Chinese government and your arrival at the hotel)

Monthly Stipend 月津贴
You will be entitled for an amount of $ 350 per month.

Intern Duties 实习岗位职责:
Interning as a normal front office staff or restaurant staff at the Hotel, on shift duty:
在我们酒店的前台或餐厅内工作，有时需要轮值：
1. Greeting guests at the Hotel (lobby or restaurant)、
接待酒店的宾客（在大堂或餐厅）
2. Helping guests to check in/check out
协助办理宾客入店或离店手续
3. Answering guests’ inquiries
答复宾客的问讯
4. Participating in the hotel’s activities for hotel promotion
参加酒店的业务推广活动
5. Translating hotel information into English if necessary
如果需要，承担一些酒店资料的英文翻译工作
6. Taking internal English training if necessary.
如果需要，承担一些员工内部英语培训工作
Hours of Work 工作时间
48 hours a week, 8 hours a day
每周48个小时，每天不超过8小时
Working Language 工作语言
English and Chinese are working languages, the hotel encourages the international interns speak English while on duty.
中文和英语是本酒店的工作语言；酒店要求实习生上班时讲英语。

Holidays and Company-paid Tour 假期与公司旅游
One regular days off per week and the national holidays in China shall apply.
每周一天休息日，以及享受中国法定假期。
After the maturity of internship, the intern will enjoy a China-tour upon 15 days and the hotel will cover all the expense of the tour. （Applicable if the internship longer than 6 months）
实习期满后，实习生可参加一次由本酒店组织的中国旅游活动，本酒店将负责全部的费用(只适用于实习期长于六个月的实习生)
Relocation Expenses 入职旅费的报销
A one-way airfares (economic class ) or train ticket (from your residential city to Beijing) will be paid by the hotel if your duration of internship longer than 6 months; or your round-way airfares (economic class ) or train tickets (from your residential city ←→ Beijing) will be paid by the hotel if your duration of internship between 7-12 months. However, such a reimbursement will take place only after the maturity of your internship agreed and the cost is approved by the hotel in advance.
如果在本酒店实习超过六个月，酒店可为实习生报销一张经济舱单程机票或火车票（从您的现住地到北京）；如果在本酒店实习七至十个月，本酒店可为实习生报销一张经济舱往返机票（您的现住地与北京之间）。然而，这样的旅费报销的前提是实习生必须完成在本酒店的实习期、并且费用数额应事先得到本酒店的同意。
Legal Permits 相关行政许可
With assistances of the Hotel, the intern is required to apply for an internship visa (F type, business visiting). Upon successful passing of the medical check and issuance of the visa, the intern can intern legally and stay in PRC. Therefore, this offer stays a conditional offer subject to your success of visa and health-check onwards.
实习生在本酒店的帮助下，应该申请中国实习签证(F签证，商务访问类)；在身体检查和签证通过后，实习生才能开始在中国正式实习。
