Position 1: Expatriate Management Assistant
Responsibilities:
1.Support and follow up expatriate management process
2.Establish and maintain links between expatriate and external agencies/vendors, such as Relocation, Visa, Training, etc.
3.Provide structured guide to expatriates for their working and living in China
4.Help expatriate accept local custom and cultures
5.As contact person, provide necessary support to all inquiries from expatriate
Position 2: Training Assistant
Responsibilities:
1.Support and implement BMW China training strategies.
2.Interface with colleagues and external partners on various training issues
3.Support the delivery of training programs
4.On-site support in training events
Requirements:
1.Under graduated student or post graduate student in universities
2.Can work at least 4 days a week, in a period of 6 months
3.Excellent English skill, English as Working language
4.Quick learner and self-motivated
5.Ability to interact with people of diverse culture
6.Students major in Human Resource, English, German will be advantage.
