Team description:
CDL IT as a Service (ITaaS) department is devoting various IT hardware/software solutions and tools to manage and maintain IBM IT resources, and provide best IT services to end users. You will have chance to work with the technical staffs in ITaaS who have rich experience in IT service management and deep understanding of the challenges and solutions to enterprise IT service management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work as level 1 support engineer to support internal end user's request about Smart Business Desktop Cloud solution.
- Maintain user guide of Smart Business Desktop Cloud solution.
- Generate service report of Smart Business Desktop Cloud solution.
Job Requirements :
- Familiar with virtualization technology
- Good sense of end user service
- Good skill of documentation
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
  Self motivated team player and problem solver.
  Quick learner with strong sense of ownership.
Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates):
  Postgraduate in Computer Science or related
