Job description
1. Responsible for recruitment, entry, attendance management and other personnel staff of department.
2. Provide general support to the department
Arrange meetings; make appointments, book airlines and hotels
Prepare, record and file documents
Daily administrative and secretarial duties
Preparation of minutes, reports and presentations
Setting up & maintenance of contact database
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Major in: Human resource, French, Computer Science and Software Engineering or related is preferred.
3. Computer skill: MS Office (excel, outlook)
4. Language ability: fluent English (oral and written) is a must, French is a big plus
5. Other requirements: strong communicating and coordinating ability.
