Job description
Ensure the high quality of IBM ITCAM for Transactions delivery.
1. Execute system/performance testing assignments, dedicate to improve the testing efficiency by adopting new methods.
2. Test automation development. (Perl, Java, Python, Shell script, Rational Functional Tester, Rational Performance Tester)
3. Test documentation development.(Test case, test report, status.)
4. Setup and maintain test environment on Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris and HPUX.
5. Execute test cases including manual scripts and automation scripts.

Skill Requirement
-Master or BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent or above
-Excellent team player, excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English.
-Experience with software testing process/methodology
-Experience with test automation development
-Good technical skills in Windows/Linux/Unix
-Master Java, Perl/Python or shell script is a plus
-Experience with Rational Test tools(Rational Quality Manager, Rational Team Concert, Rational Function Tester, Rational Performance Tester) is a plus
