Description:
Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting or debugging complex software programs targeting digital design verification technologies . This is a very good opportunity for self motivated and talented CS/EE based engineer to join a global talented team responsible for developing complex software tools for the digital design verification platform including the hardware description language compiler/simulator. This engineer will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of various factors, including quality of results (QoR), runtime, memory, and ease of use. Requirements:

The individual should have experience on development of complex software projects, familiarity with C/C++ coding, and a strong background in data structures and algorithms. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive feature testing of SPICE simulator. The candidate should be able to develop tools/scripts to constantly improve testing process efficiency and product quality. This position is part of a RTL-GDS flow development team. A person in this position is responsible for developing, testing, and supporting leading edge ASIC design methodologies for deployment to a broad customer base. These flows are production capable in nature leveraging and driving the latest capabilities of the Synopsys tools, including the appropriate analysis tools, with emphasis on such items as hierarchical design, advanced low power, TTR & QOR configurations, and heuristics to improve convergence.
