Position Title：GE Oil&Gas Leadership Program Trainee
Business：O&G China
Function：OTR
Location：Beijing


Primary Responsibilities
- 2 Yrs leadership program in Project Management function. In doing so, he/she

gains a complete and deep knowledge of the project management processes and

activities as well as Project life cycle throughout the whole Company.  
- Great visibility inside the company and will have total 3 rotations both in

China and international.


Qualifications Required
- Bachelor or Master graduates in 2010
- Major in project management, Engineering related or other relevant majors.

Preferably from petroleum industry specialized schools/majors
- Top academic records;
- Outstanding leadership skills with good track records of extra-curriculum

activities;
- Passionate in Project Management career, willing to take challenge roles and

work under pressure;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, good team player
- Excellent English skills both in written and spoken, Mandarin, and Proficiency

in computer skills;
- Geographic mobility all over China and international especially during the

leadership program.
