About Taishan
Taishan (www.taishanangel.com) is an institutional angel fund (venture
capital) which invests into high growth “angel stage” and “early stage”
start-ups as well as special opportunities in China. It was jointly founded
in 2008 by top class serial entrepreneurs in China, headed by Raymond Lei
Yang, and Mountain Partners Group from Europe with a long term commitment to
this market. Taishan brings the proven angel investing business model from
Europe, sufficient capital, advanced technologies and additional exit
channels to the emerging business angel market in China.
Position: Intern Period: 3-6 months
Location: Beijing Salary: No salary, but lunch
will be paid
Responsibilities:
Market research & deal-flow management (especially cross-border deals)
Financial analysis, due diligence, legal issues and other assistance for
investment advisory
Correspondence with domestic and overseas partners
Requirements:
Good communication skills and team spirit
Strong interest in venture capital / entrepreneurship (experience is
a plus)
Ability to work in a time-intensive situation and willing to be
involved into different projects at the same time. The person should always
stay focused and make a perfect time management
International student with intercultural understanding, Bachelor
student or above, MBA student preferred
Finance or law background is a plus but not limitation
