Assistant to Risk

Responsibilities:
-    Draw flowchart and write up SOP
-    Document translations (ENG-CHI, CHI-ENG)
-    Credit research

Requirements:
-    Master degree with business/financial background
-    Detail oriented, proficient analytical skill
-    Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
-    Internship experience in local/multinational company
-    Smart and hard working
-    4-5 days a week, 6 months from Jul to Dec


Assistant to Business Intelligence

Responsibilities:
-Support on MIS reporting templates collection and design
-Support on vendor coordination during system implementation

Required Discipline:

-Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Information Management

Required skills:
-Understanding database structure,
-Having knowledge of data modeling
-Having knowledge of database administration
-Understanding the interaction between front end application and backend database
-Having knowledge of data manipulation eg, cleansing, aggregation etc
-Basic understanding of OLAP
-Basic understanding of data repository creation process(ETL)

Required working days:
- 3-4 days a week during the academic term,5 days during the summer vacation, 6 months from Jul to Dec


Assistant to Project Management

Responsibilities:

-Support in PMO tasks
-Help to manage the PSM system
-Help to prepare steering committee documents.
Requirements:
-    Great academic background
-    Organized and diligent
-    Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
-    Well versed in PowerPoint and Microsoft project
-    Internship experience in local/multinational company
-    Smart and hard working
-    3-4 days a week, 6 months from Jul to Dec
