职责：
1. 维护现有客户关系，通过电话对公司客户进行满意度调查，准确、及时记录客户反馈。

2. 通过内部沟通将客户反馈交接给有关部门以提高公司服务质量，加强企业形象。

要求：
1. 工科背景；
2. 优秀的沟通能力，良好的服务意识；
3. 踏实有耐心；
4. 熟悉常用办公软件。

Client Satisfaction Surveyor（Intern - 6 month）
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain client relationship by phone satisfaction survey and keep record in an accurate and timely manner.
2 .Pass the survey result to related department through internal communication channel in order to improve service level and enhance corporate image.

Requirements:
1 .BS or MS in engineering;
2. Outstanding communication skills and good sense of customer service;
3. Patient and stable;
4. Familiar with MS office.
