Position Title: RESEARCHER/INTERN on Numerical Weather Prediction, Application & Analytics

We are recruiting top professionals in this area to create a new era by solving critical/challenging problems to create great business value for our clients. 1. 气象、新能源相关专业博士或硕士
2. 具备以下领域的一项或多项研发经历
- Renewable energy related research or industrial experiences.
- Meteorological computing skills in a Unix environment (AIX, Linux), scripting (e.g., shell, perl, python), and FORTRAN programming as well use of appropriate development environments.  
- Use of high-performance parallel (cluster) computing environment (e.g., IBM AIX or Linux clusters).  
- Utilization of meteorological data formats and structures (e.g., netCDF, GriB).  
- Use of tools for statistical analysis of forecasts (e.g., MET, R).  Application of a version control system for software development (e.g., git).
3. 额外希望具备的能力
- Visualization, graphics and image processing (e.g., OpenDX, GEMPAK, GrADS, ImageMagick, R, NCL, Matlab, RIP), C/C++, Java and Web programming/deployment, user interface programming (tcl/tk, Qt), parallel computing (MPI, OpenMP)
4. 在领先的学术期刊和国际会议上发表相关论文
5. 具有数学建模、仿真和分析优化相关经验者优先
6. 具有信息系统项目经验者优先
7. 熟练的英语听说读写能力
