--Solid understanding of large scale enterprise software development process
--Strong programming skills in C, C++, etc.
--Experienced in Software configuration management methodology and deployment is a plus
--Excellent Windows, Linux and UNIX OS skills is a plus
--Knowledge of testing process and testing methodology
--Quick learner with strong problem solving ability
--Good written and oral English
