PRC Staffing intern in BJ

Description
In this position, you will be responsible for logistics support to BJ site recruiting and staffing consultants, which includes coordination with different HR functions and business departments; interview arrangement; recruiting promotion. You will be responsible for running staffing dashboard and run/consolidate report on need base. Your scope could be expanded to other sites per assignment. For project level, you are expected to provide support to HR/staffing related projects including Intel Ambassador Program, Intern/ Recent College Graduate integration project etc.

Qualification
You must be a student currently pursuing a Master's degree and has passion to work at Intel Human Resource or preferably in a related field. Additional qualifications include:
- Capability to drive into details
- Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Team player and quick learner
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Good skills in Microsoft* Office*
- Facilitating, process development and/or implementation and/or monitoring, data analysis, and problem solving skills
- Hard working
